Practitioner Event Agreement for the Center for Consciousness at Haute Healing Oasis

1. Event Promotion Requirements:

As a practitioner hosting an event at the Center for Consciousness, Haute Healing Oasis, you are required to actively promote your event:
– Social Media and Online Platforms:
Post event details on Meetup, Nextdoor, Facebook (including a Facebook Event), Instagram, TikTok, and your email list. Promotion on other groups or platforms is encouraged.
 Paid Advertising: Consider using paid advertisements to increase event visibility.
 Tagging for Reposts: When posting about the event on social media, please tag Haute Healing Oasis and The Center for Consciousness so we can repost and amplify the content.

2. Venue Access and Timings:

  • Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
  • Event Hours: Adhere to operational hours – Tuesday to Friday (10 AM to 8 PM), Weekends (10 AM to 6 PM). Ensure premises are vacated by closing.

3. Revenue Sharing Agreement:

 Financial Split: Revenue split 60/40 between the practitioner and Haute Healing Oasis based on the advertised ticketed price.
-The Practitioner will receive payment and pay out the 40% to Trinity Oaks Consulting, a division of Haute Healing Oasis.

4. Marketing and Outreach:

 Social Media Sharing: Share the event on your platforms, tagging @HauteHealingOasis and @CenterForConsciousness, mentioning Stamford, Connecticut.
 Content Sharing: Send posts/content for our social media.
 Live Sessions: Reach out to us to schedule live sessions on Instagram or Zoom, if you are interested in collaborating in this portion. Feel free to do a live event on your own accord and tag us in social media.
 Haute Healing Oasis Promotion: We will add the event to our weekly emails, website, and social media platforms for additional promotion.

5. Additional Collaboration Points:

 Weekly Emails: Inclusion in weekly email updates.
 Event Footage: Potential use of event footage for TikTok and social media promotions.
 Eventbrite Promotion: Share the Eventbrite link through your Linktree, newsletter, and relevant groups/meetups.
 Eventbrite Setup: Provide detailed event information, logos, and visuals for us to create an Eventbrite page.

6. Post-Event Requirements:

  •  Attendee Information: Upon the conclusion of the event, the practitioner agrees to supply Haute Healing Oasis with the contact information of the attendees, including their name, phone number, and email address. This is essential for follow-up communications and future event promotions.
  • Post event the Practitioner will send a follow-up email to event attendees and CC jessica@hautehealingoasis.com. In this follow-up email, please encourage attendees to come back to Haute Healing Oasis and use some services as an adjunct to their healing.
  • Consider having feedback forms or a digital survey ready to gather participants’ experiences and suggestions for future classes.

7. Attendee Waiver Requirement:

  • Waiver Agreement: All attendees must sign a waiver prior to participating in the event. This waiver will state that Haute Healing Oasis and the Center for Consciousness, as well as the hosting practitioner, are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, physical harm, psychological distress, and any other form of discomfort or mishap that may arise as a direct or indirect result of participation in the event.
  • Risk Acknowledgment: The waiver will also require attendees to acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the event and agree to participate fully aware of these risks.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Attendees must affirm their agreement to comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by Haute Healing Oasis and the Center for Consciousness during the event.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Practitioners at Haute Healing Oasis

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Insert Date] by and between Haute Healing Oasis, a [Insert Legal Structure] with its principal place of business located at [Insert Address] (“Company”), and [Insert Practitioner’s Name], [Insert Practitioner’s Address] (“Practitioner”). 1. Purpose: The Practitioner agrees to perform services for the Company and, in conjunction with such services, the Company may disclose certain confidential and proprietary information to the Practitioner. The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the confidentiality of the disclosed information.

2. Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, all information related to the Company’s business, clients, products, services, processes, trade secrets, marketing strategies, and other proprietary information, whether disclosed orally, in writing, electronically, or by any other means.

3. Non-Disclosure Obligation: The Practitioner agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. This obligation shall not apply to information that: a. is or becomes publicly known through no wrongful act of the Practitioner; b. is received from a third party without similar confidentiality restrictions; c. is independently developed by the Practitioner without use of the Confidential Information; or d. is required to be disclosed by law or court order, provided that the Practitioner gives the Company prompt notice of such requirement.

4. Use of Confidential Information: The Practitioner agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing services for the Company and not for any personal benefit or the benefit of any third party.

5. Return of Confidential Information: Upon the termination of the Practitioner’s services for the Company, or at the Company’s request, the Practitioner agrees to return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information.

6. Non-Compete Clause: For a period of [Insert Time Period] following the termination of services, the Practitioner agrees not to engage in or assist others in engaging in any business activity that is in direct competition with the Company within a [Insert Geographic Area] radius of the Company’s location.
